Keyodhoo Kandu * * * The entrance of the channel is at 35 to 40 metres. There are two possibilities to dive here. One is Keyodhoo Thila, the other is the south side of the channel on the corner of Giraa Falhu. The top of the thila lies at about 3 metres and descends smoothly to about 30 metres to the sand botoom of the Kandu. It is a narrow, long thila that begins at the entrance of the Kandu and continues for 200 metres int he inside. On the outside, the thila falls away gradually before a sharp decline to the depths below. On the south side at Giraafalhu corner are a few caves. On the outside and on the corner is a sand bed at 30 to 35 metres with white tip reef sharks and sting rays. The channel walls slopes gently, liek the thila, to 30 metres. Turtles are a familiar site in this channel.
