Imagine an undisturbed lush green tropical forest. Exotic tropical blooms
and ripe luscious fruits. The music of birds calling out to each other. The gentle sound of wind rustling the leaves. The rushing of waves to shore in
the background – the perfect tropical symphony. What would you call a place such as this? We call it Palm Beach Island.

Palm Beach Island is one of the most naturally beautiful islands in the Maldives – where 1192 islands renowned world wide for their beauty lie sanguine and sublime across the Indian Ocean.

Those who have been to the island swear by its beauty. Situated right on the edge of one of the 20 atolls in the Maldives, the Palm Beach Island has a land area of 21.75Ha. Fine white coral sand runs right around the island, creating 3.40km of beautiful beach. The surrounding lagoon is an azure blue, perfect for snorkeling, swimming or for a lazy sailing trip in the afternoon.

In developing Palm Beach Island as your ideal holiday destination, Palm Beach's top priority has been to leave this awesome natural beauty as undisturbed and untouched as possible. Local tourism regulations allow development of 20 percent of the island. But Palm Beach have stuck to just 6.48 percent, leaving most of the island as it is – for your optimal enjoyment of its natural blessings.

Walk beneath the tall palm trees, their tops heavy with coconuts, the large screw pines with their red and orange fruits, meander through the tropical trees, rest beneath the shade of the umbrella-like age old banyan trees. Enjoy the profusion of color, take in the scent of the greenery – it’s the definite sounds and smells of an undisturbed tropical rain forest.
This is Palm Beach.

After a good night’s sleep, the balcony outside is the perfect place to enjoy a steaming cup of coffee or tea. The unlimited view of the sea as you sit sipping orange juice or coffee, and eating croissants, works up a good appetite and prepares you well for the day ahead.

The sitting room is downstairs. The facilities available and the comfortable rattan furniture makes it possible for you to entertain or simply to relax.  With TV, minibar and tea/coffee making facilities, everything you need is close at hand.

Be Eve, be Adam, be free – pick your own fruit.
The shower is right there in the garden -- feel the sun on your back as you shower in the open air. For your comfort, the bath and the rest of the facilities are shaded. But still nature is never far away.

Every villa has its own Jacuzzi in this lovely garden-bathroom, adding to the luxury and comfort of the time you spend in there.

For afternoon coffee, step out onto the verandah or porch. The Maldivian-
style swing and the comfortable chairs is the best way to unwind after a day on the beach. Sit on the swing and take in nature’s creativity. Watch boats sail across the ocean, passing the islands on the horizon.

See the maakanaa (a local bird) or cranes come and land on the beach and then take off gracefully. This is a bliss.

You maybe a world away from the hectic life back home. But still if you  need to keep in touch, telephones are close at hand – in the bedroom, sitting room and bathroom
