Thudufushi is mostly Italian during
the high season and a mixed nationalities during the other seasons. All year round it is great
value for money and a place people love to come back again N again N again N
again.

  The resort is among a growing number
of All-Inclusive island. But not every All-Inclusive island is good value. If, for
example, all drinks and water sports are free but the food is not good and the atmosphere
is unfriendly, then you don't feel you've had good value for your money.
Almost all the
"hellomaldives.com" guests, who goes to "Thudufushi" says that the
resort is of a high standard in every aspect. And when Thudufushi says
All-Inclusive - it's really ALL-Inclusive.
To be frank, there are NO
Maldivian resorts who includes their mini-bar in the ALL-Inclusive
supplement, other than Thundufushi.

Free or not, all the
equipment, like everything on the island, is in perfect condition. The level
of maintenance and modernization is second to none and a resort that is 9
years old looks like it opened last month. The game fishing boat is no
conversion and the rods are made of specifications of Franco Rosso and
signed. The equipment in the diving school is the very latest.

  Not so many people dive here, so the
attention is personal and the diving is in small groups. Furthermore, there are only
two other resorts in the whole band of Atoll so the sites are always free. Two of the very
best sites, Panettone and Thundufushi Thila, are right next door.
Obviously the option for a superb massage is at
arms-length. |

With the
reef sweeping close around two thirds of the island and coral running up near to the
beach, the snorkeling is terrific. And the beach is just as good; broad and fine all the
way around.

The rooms are on the beach, surrounding the
bush layer, with a clear view of the ocean and beyond the horizon.
And look at that open-air bathroom with a
traditional touch combined with all the modern facilities. |

With regard to cuisine, Thudufushi is still a stand out, particularly in the high
season. The variety and the quality of the food is surpassed by very few in the country. A
dinner buffet may include such delicacies as octopus, duck, suckling pig, and smoke
salmon.

It is difficult to find fault with
Thudufushi, but some people may find the buildings a bit formal, even unsympathetic with
their surroundings. This is not a place with tiles on the floor and a menu
to be given for each meal.
