TERMS & CONDITIONS OF  ALL INCLUSIVE & PREMIUM ALL INCLUSIVE PLAN

• Drinks should be consumed within the restaurant / Bar premises.
• If anyone is entertained by you, you are kindly requested to pay his/her bills.
• All Inclusive & Premium All Inclusive packages are NOT valid between: 00.00hours to 07.00hours. During this time period Food & Beverages are billed on consumption.
• Bars are opened until the last guest leaves.
• Alcoholic Beverages will NOT be served to minors.
• Management of the resort reserves the right NOT to serve alcoholic beverages to ‘inebriated state’ guest.
• All Inclusive & Premium All Inclusive packages are available only for your entire length of stay and for your own consumption.
• You must sign all Food & Beverage Bills, except for your buffet meals. These Bills do not include prices, and NO charges will be posted on the Hotel account for those benefits included in the All Inclusive & Premium All Inclusive packages.
• All Inclusive & Premium All Inclusive packages benefits can be enjoyed until the Standard Check-Out Time (12.00hours) noon on departure. Exceptions apply.
• Please remember that products and services not included in All Inclusive & Premium All Inclusive packages must be paid and settled at the point of Check-Out.
• IMPORTANT: In case, if your stay falls onto the period: 01st Nov 2019 – 25th Dec 2019, and if you are staying on the Island and/or if your stay falls onto the Christmas-Night (24th Dec 2019 – night), kindly ADD US$ 170/- per person to the Total Value of your stay (as shown on packages).
• IMPORTANT: In case, if your stay falls onto the period: 26th Dec 2019 – 10th Jan 2020, and if you are staying on the Island and/or if your stay falls onto the New-Year-Night (31st Dec 2019 – night), kindly ADD US$ 180/- per person to the Total Value of your stay (as shown on packages).
